D850AAV was probably Whippet's most celebrated bus. A Willowbrook bodied Atlantean AN68 which was originally destined for Iraq. A small war intervened and it wasn't exported with its sisters. I wonder if any of them still exist. Drummer St bus station, Cambridge 1987 Previous | NextNot all of Whippet's Metropolitans came from London. WKH424S had been new to Hull Corporation
